• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

4. User-Generated Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on FlexOverload ("User Content"), such as photos, videos, comments, and profile information. However, by posting User Content, you grant FlexOverload a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services and FlexOverload's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services.

Responsibility for Your Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish User Content you submit.

FlexOverload does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with User Content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of FlexOverload and its licensors (excluding your User Content). Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if you breach any of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES OR ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE OR SERVICE.
